1. Use of the site
You may browse the Site and contact us through the contact form for lawful, personal purposes related to inquiring about our products and services. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates federal, state, or local law
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or its underlying systems
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to collect information from the Site except for legitimate search engine indexing
- Impersonate any person or entity, or submit false information through the contact form
- Use the Site to harass, threaten, or attempt to defraud us or any third party
- Use the Site to discuss, plan, or solicit any unlawful activity, including any unlawful firearms transaction
2. Information on the site is for general purposes only
We make a reasonable effort to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date. However:
- Prices, availability, specifications, lead times, and product details may change without notice. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to sell.
- Photographs and descriptions are for illustration. Actual products, custom builds, and finishes may vary.
- Information about gunsmithing services, custom builds, FFL transfers, and other services is general in nature. Specific terms, pricing, and timelines for any actual work will be agreed in writing before the work begins.

Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, technical, or professional advice. All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, the “Western Pursuit” name, the tagline “Real rifles, for real hunters,” and the overall design and layout — is owned by Western Pursuit or used with permission, and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission, except for:
- Personal, non-commercial viewing in your web browser
- Brief quotation with attribution, as permitted by fair use
Third-party logos, brand names, and trademarks shown on the Site (for example, optic, ammunition, or component manufacturers we work with) are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement of Western Pursuit by those parties unless explicitly stated.

The Site may link to third-party websites such as social media platforms, manufacturers, or suppliers. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or privacy practices. Following a link to a third-party site is at your own risk.

If you submit information through our contact form, you grant us the right to use that information to respond to your inquiry, to maintain a record of our communications, and to comply with our legal obligations as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that any information you submit:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WESTERN PURSUIT, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE — WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
This section does not limit any separate written agreement you and Western Pursuit may have for an actual purchase, custom build, gunsmithing service, or FFL transfer.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Western Pursuit and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Site
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party
10. Modifications
We may update or change these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, your only remedy is to stop using the Site.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Idaho, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
12. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Legal & Compliance page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Western Pursuit regarding your use of the Site.
